Aequilibrum represents the evolution of a lamp we designed since the early 2000. It preserves the original shape and rhythm while transforming itself into a ceiling lamp.
Its meticulous productive process requires about 4 hours of work, and it is the result of the encounter between the manual skills of the Montefeltro craftsmen (who manage each and every step of the production) and the help of the most modern and sophisticated numerical control machinery.
The structure is composed of 12 wooden laths mechanically carved out of a solid beam, lacquered one by one and later on assembled together. The aluminum parable, placed inside the structure, is invisible, and makes the light appear from the material itself. Two stainless steel cables support the structure while the quote’s adjustment is ensured by an intuitive fixing system.
The result is a ceiling lamp of great value and personality, beacon of the extraordinary stylistic flair of Raffaello Light.
